Please pay special attention to your unique Whizz Courier number 2201 SW 59th Ter WCJ - 000** West Park Fl, 33023 which should be a part of your street address. In most address forms there will be two lines for street address. Your unique Whizz Courier number (WCJ - 000**) would be placed in the section that stipulates Unit/Floor/Apartment Number.
